A DAY FOUR PAWS POLICIES


PAYMENT POLICY. Payment for A Day Four Paws services are to be paid in full at the time of booking. Only CASH or CHECK are accepted forms of payment. All checks should be made out to A Day Four Paws.


RETURNED CHECKS. Clients will be charged a returned check fee of $40.00 should a check be returned from the bank.


RESERVATIONS. A Day Four Paws requires a 48 hour notice for all bookings.


CANCELLATIONS.
A Day Four Paws requires a 24 hour notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made after 7am on the day of a scheduled service or series of services are not refundable. You can leave a voice mail prior to 7am on the day of the visit and your payment will be credited and may be applied to any contracted services in the future.


EXTRA VISITS. Should A Day Four Paws deem it necessary to check on a client's pet more often then specified in the Pack Participation Agreement, the Client will be charged a regular service visit fee for each additional visit. (eg.pet illness, emergency after care/treatment, or natural disaster
)


HOLIDAYS.
Holiday charges of $10.00 per day in addition to a regular service visit fee will be applied to the following holidays; New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.


HOLIDAY BOOKINGS. A one-time $50.00 non refundable deposit must be made for reservations that are for, or include New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.


HOUSE KEYS.
Client must provide two sets of tested/working keys once the Pack Participation Agreement is signed. Keys are not to be left or hidden outside the home.


HOUSE KEY RETURN. All keys will be returned to the client in person at the earliest mutual covenience. Ready Key Service is also available.


READY KEY SERVICE. A Day Four Paws offers ready key service for clients who are interested in future services. We retain possession of the house keys on file, providing our clients with the convenience of an Always Ready Service.


RETURN HOME PROCEDURE.
Client must notify A Day Four Paws once they return home by calling (813) 541-5530 or (727) 849-4811 and leaving a message of their safe return home. If A Day Four Paws does not receive a message from the client, A Day Four Paws will assume the pet needs a visit. A visit will be made and the client will be charged a regular service visit fee plus an additional $10.00.


A DAY FOUR PAWS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT WALK DOGS DURING EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS.



UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL A DAY FOUR PAWS ALLOW ANYONE IN THE HOME OTHER THAN LAW ENFORCEMENT OR THE PROPER AUTHORITIES DURING AN EMERGENCY.
